Our B2B team in the Service Dialogue Centre
The members of our B2B teams have been professionally trained, for example in the law of associations on liability and representation as well as the law of German bankruptcy procedures. Regular participation in training courses ensures consistently high qualifications, taking the current legal situation into account.
Using outbound telephony to approach debtors in different ways and at an early stage, payment agreements can often be quickly reactivated if payment by instalment is not covered and, therefore, cancelled by the bank. Intensive monitoring of compromise agreements assists in the payment of outstanding amounts.
Special reminder processing for higher debts
Our specialists offer an extra service to collecting higher debts. By option, they will reach an agreement with the debtor regarding instalments or a mutual agreement, or advise you on remedial action for the repayment of outstanding receivables. If necessary, they will also carry out analyses of the balance sheet and business assessments in order to check a company's capability of meeting credit obligations. Furthermore, depending on the transaction, they will draw up additional possibilities for collateralisation, such as assigning receivables or assets.
Individual service
Our Key Account Management holds regular meetings with you to agree on flexible reminder procedures for your receivables. This enables us to control collection processes individually, dependent on knowledge gained during the reminder procedure. Your transactions will always be transparent, because you will have permanent access to all important data and the status of procedures.
