Please have prepared your documents (the letter forwarded to you and the reference number on the top right hand corner) for a quicker process.

Step 2: Eingabe des Aktenzeichens/Entering Your Reference Number

Für eine schnellere Bearbeitung nennen Sie uns bitte Ihr Aktenzeichen. Ihr Aktenzeichen finden Sie oben rechts im eingerahmten Kasten.

Please indicate your reference number for a quicker process. You will find it in a black frame on the top right hand corner in your letter.

You will find your reference number on the letterhead on the top right hand corner of the letter forwarded to you by arvato infoscore collection companies. Please indicate/speak your reference number in German, in a natural, slow, load and clear way.

Tips:

  1. Speak your reference number in single digits out loud.
  2. In case your phone has a tone dialing mode (DTMF), you are able to process the reference number on your telephone keyboard.

    Exclaims your current account balance for the indicated reference number.
  • Zahlungsbestätigung/Confirmation of Payment
    Here you are able to confirm when and if your deposit/payment was processed on our account.
  • Schriftliche Mitteilung/Written Statement
    With this selection you will receive a written statement of your current account balance and/or deposits/payments.
  • Zahlung/Payment
    With this selection you will be connected with our payment department to arrange your payment proposal.
  • Klärungsbedarf u. Sonstiges/Need for Clarification and Other Options
    If you require any clarification and or assistance with regards to your claim, choose the option "Klärungsbedarf und Sonstiges".

Step 3.1: Kontostand/Account Balance

Möchten Sie Ihren aktuellen Kontostand wissen, dann sagen Sie Kontostand oder wählen die 1.

Would you like to inquire on your current account balance than say "Kontostand" or push the 1.

Say "Kontostand" or press the 1 on your telephone keyboard, if you want to know your current balance. This will also be announced by our voice synthesiser during our closing hours, if verification is given.

Step 3.2: Zahlungsbestätigung/Confirmation of Payment

Möchten Sie Ihren Zahlungseingang bestätigt haben, dann sagen Sie Bestätigung oder drücken Sie die 2.

Would you like to have your payments confirmed then say "Bestätigung" or push the 2.

Say "Bestätigung" or press the 2 on your telephone keyboard, if you would like to confirm your payments. This will also be announced by our voice synthesiser during our closing hours, if verification is given.

Step 3.3: Schriftliche Mitteilung/Written Statement

Benötigen Sie eine schriftliche Mitteilung über die Höhe des offenen Betrages oder des Zahlungseinganges, dann sagen Sie Forderungsberechnung oder drücken Sie die 3.

Do you require a written statement of your account balance and/or your deposits/payments, then say "Forderungsberechnung" or push the 3.

Say "Forderungsberechnung" or press the 3 on your telephone keyboard, if you would like a written statement of your current account balance an/or your deposits/payments. This will also be processed during our closing hours, if verification is given.

Step 3.4: Zahlung/Payment

Möchten Sie eine Zahlung vereinbaren oder einen Zahlschein anfordern, sagen Sie Zahlung oder drücken Sie die 4.

Would you like to arrange a payment or do you require a payment slip, then say "Zahlung" or push the 4.

Say "Zahlung" or press the 4 on your telephone keyboard if you would like to arrange a payment or require a payment slip. A personal conversation with our payment department is only possible during our opening hours from monday to friday* between 07:00 am and 08:00 pm.
