The file number is in the top right-hand corner of the letterhead of the letter sent to you by one of the arvato infoscore collection companies.

The file number has one of the following (example) formats:

• 12.12.123456-01
• 12 1234 123456 1-01
• 12-1234567-8 ABC

In case of the following file number formats (combination of characters and numbers), please include only the bold characters (and not the two-digit extension following the hyphen). Otherwise your entry will not be accepted by the system.

• S.12.1234567.12.1 - 04
• T.12.1234567.12.1 - 05

It is mandatory that you include the file number so that the correct collection transaction can be assigned to you. For legal reasons, should your question include incomplete or inaccurate information, the collection companies may neither process nor answer it.
