Antitrust Authority Approves Merger between arvato subsidiaries and InFoScore group

Gütersloh/Baden-Baden, May 31, 2005. Germany's Federal Cartel Office has approved the merger between the arvato companies AZ Direct and BFS finance, and the InFoScore group without conditions.
