Personnel development and further training
Extensive measures for the further development of personnel, oriented to meet individual requirements, assist our senior management and employees in fulfilling their assignments and making them fit for the future. Suitable measures, such as management development programs, training-on-the-job and special seminars, are selected from the partnership model instruments and implemented accordingly.

Staff communication
An internal communication structure was established to keep our staff informed of company development. Apart from infonet, our company Intranet, and "arvato infoscore aktuell", the information medium, information podiums are scheduled four times a year for all of our employees, which provide them with specific information.
